what setting to use on this dmm to set gain

Alright I think I have this understood. I am going to tune my amp tomo, one last thing is it best to use the hu filters or amps filters

Just did my morning checks. It comes down to personal prefs, but I always use the crossovers on the HU because I don't have to guess where I'm setting it.
