I got it from your ebay store. shipping was ahead of the estimated time.. only problem was the tracking number only had an up date from Ohio to Kentucky. . then nothing throughout Canada. . actually had it in my house for 3 days and the tracking still said it was in Kentucky lol.

Did you use bongo international? If so, was it a smooth process?

3kings took care of all the shipping so I cant say for sure who the carrier was.

I will be honest- that wasn't 100% us :P

Ebay has a new program called the Global Shipping Program that they're beta testing (we were one of the first invites to the program) that makes the shipping faster, cheaper, and easier. They also help with the import fees and taxes etc.

So while I'm happy to take the praise, I want to make sure we give credit where credit is due.

P.S. We've also heard that feedback about the 'final leg tracking numbers' and I have spoken to eBay about it several times, they're working on making it better.

We do sell Kinetic batteries, I have had an offer for XS Power and just hadn't moved on it yet. I hate shipping batteries across the country, very expensive
