Clarion hX-D10 HU won't eject CD and motorized face doesn't work

Is there a cd eject button or a reset button that might fix the problem/
When i hit the eject button it whirs and grinds but won't cough up the CD.

The motorized face also doesn't work.

I bought it as a refurb with a 90 day warranty but bought it a while ago and didn't use it. Must have been broken from the beginning. Is there any way to fix this stuff , or where is a good place to take it / and what would be the cost?

Or would it be better to just get a new headunit or something.
