    will big three be enough? brutus 1200

    I got a 05 impala with the brz1200 and 2 sundown e series 12s. The headligts are dimming and its not as loud as i think it should be. Will the.big 3 get me close to 1200 watts? Or do i need anotjer batt or ho alt. I got exyta 4 gauge for the big 3

    Big 3 should be plenty, that's not a very powerful amp. Also, what kind of box do you have??
    Are your gains set properly?
    And your grounds clean and well?

    I've never heard of a comp with the car off but that's not what extra batteries are for.

    Definitely do the big 3. Have you upgraded your battery up front? If not, big 3 and the biggest you can fit up front will probably be ok. Lights will still dim, but you won't be getting as low in voltage as you are now. Get a voltage meter to. In fact, have you taken any voltage measurements?
