    holy ****...

    I'm listening to a fresh Michael Jackson record. The high frequency responce on vinyl is soo much better than a CD... It's almost like listening to a whole new song, wish I had a better record player. The s/n ratio on this one (pl-514) is 65... gives a lot of background noise even when the needel isn't on vinyl...

    Yea my cuz is way into vinyl he has 2 cerwin vega cabinets with 2 15s and 4 bose 901s super loud and clean

    I sold my Dual (United Audio) 1218 turntable with Pickering cartridge at a tag sale years ago and now I regret it. Don't even remember what happened to my LPs. I had every album that the Doors ever recorded.

    That's really dependant on how the CD was recorded and at what bitrate...

    when it comes to vinyl; the sky is the limit for sq because there is no digital limitations. mj had the best engineers so the sound is ****** amazing. only downside is to handle the records very carefully.
