How loud is 140DB on bass?
I'm just curious as to how loud 140DB actually is. If I was blaring music @ 140DB with the windows down / doors open, how far would someone be able to hear it? Would I be able to "feel" the music if I was in the car?
And no, i'm not one of those obnoxious guys who just blare bass and ruin it for us all, i'm actually just curious.

Re: How loud is 140DB on bass?
Im thinking my XL is around 140, but i can actually feel lows drill into my ears. When im parked at a local gas station i can make the bottles on the wall rattle and make some weird noises in the roof

When a 140db drops and you're in the car, it hits you in the chest so hard your shoulders will touch. :fyi:

tickles your ears =/= hurt
the same 155 at 40-45hz (while easier to do) actually hurts after a few seconds.
