Opinions: Top 5 6 1/2 inch component speakers. loudest, with best sq $4 to 800 a pair

Simply as title states. Have jl c5's............ Meh. Have rockford t'1s......... Lol.......Meh, but as good as c5's for the money. Want better, louder, with clarity.

Powerbass 3xl 6.5s are one of the loudest and clearest 6.5s i have ever heard.

I agree on the cdt es line. They are the best sounding speakers Ive owned though it took a while to get them to sound just right.

Enjoyed my Hertz HSK 165s when I had them in the doors...need to get out there and hear the choices you're thinking for yourself though
