Who has charter Communications for internet phone or tv?

JW, i work for em, and keep getting crazy calls,is it really that bad?

my gf has charter..i have twc...the charter dvr is slow and the adverts on every page of the guide sux.. she gets sporatic glitches on HD chanels. multiple service calls only a temp fix. she cant watch any pay on demand Hd because of the freezes..however a call to charter gets it credited back and a service call....the dvr is always missing recordings and reboots dont solve the problem. she doesnt have any complaints on the internet or phone service though.
