anyone ever hear of instant pay or some chit @ssb ; is telling me he spoke with paypal and they said ebay holds money not paypal ( which is not true ) im not saying he is lying just that he got wrong info i want to buy something from him but he is saying he wont ship till it is available,which im not waiting the 21 days or whatever CLARIFY PLEASE

When people send me money thru Paypal I get it instantly unless they try to send it thru an e check then it takes a week to clear
Yes that is because you probably have 10 sales and all the other stuff they need say you are a new member you need to be a member for i think 30 days have 10 sales and spend over 300 to get money instantly and i think another thing
Never had that issue even when new. Only would hold the money for a day or two
There is a rolling reserve but they only hold 5% for 30 days.
Maybe its a new thing copy and pasted from paypals site

me personally i have to have a bank acc linked 10 sales be a member for 60 days receive atleast 250 and verify my id i need a few more sales and thats it but thats whats there... anyways were good i sent money and it cleared
Not buyers problem honestly ship after payment or don't sell period.

if this was a ebay sell then yes they will hold it if your account is new or your seller rating isent up to there standards all he has to do is ship with his money upload tracking info and 3days after delivery he will get paid or he can wait 21 days and thats stupid
Paypal does all kinds of weird, arbitrary holds and restrictions. Does anyone use Google wallet?
