How will it be more reliable, just because its made in the US does not make it reliable, and not all Chinese make is junk. You need to get rid of this @ss backward mentality.

I will not get rid of it, I know everyone loves to justify saying it's a global economy so they don't have to feel guilty about putting their neighbor out of work for the sake of getting cheap products.

But my question was hypothetical, saying IF it was more reliable?

i know fi machines the motors they dont make the baskets as well?

My Lunar Amplifiers were assembled in Louisiana and my Digital Designs Sub was assembled in Oklahoma, so I guess that makes me a hypocrite.:p: Now if my Lunars were to die and I couldn't get them repaired or replaced, I'd run another JL Audio HD900/5 in a heartbeat OR a pair of JL Audio HD amplifiers. Naturally, if some other quality full-range class d amplifier would fit under my front seats, I'd consider them too.

Well, except for Alpine... I'm convinced that I will NEVER own a PDX amplifier that functions properly, so I've given up on Alpine amplifiers all together!
