I'm partial to 2+ 12" setups.
It's all about what is able too fit in the ride while still maintaining some useable storage space.
If you had any common sense you wouldn't assume they aren't manly because they are 8s..

Having 10's, 12's, 15's.. I like the 12's. Honestly, I like anything that sounds good. Currently running 2 12's and am very pleased with the result. I must say the RE's I am currently running kick the **** out of the CVX and CVT's I have run in the past.

Mostly I think 8's get you that wow factor I don't really have a preference I run 12's because I can fit a pair without taking up the whole trunk plus things just seem to look better in pairs imo.
