securing box without drilling through floor

I have an aq hdc3 18 in the back of my cherokee. When I go to install my 2200, Im going to be building an amp rack for it, and Im not sure how to secure the box/amp rack to the jeep if at all possible without running bolts through them down through the floor. and the box probably weighs about 100-110lbs. any help is appreciated.

There is some bad a$$ velcro available too. A full bottom would hold through most anything.

why would you NOT drill through the floor?

Velcro will only be as strong as the carpet which is not held down. Be safe and do it right....

Yeah, I'm probally just gonnna drill through the floor. My concern was the gas tank, but I don't believe it'll be an issue. So should I use threaded rod with lock washers and nuts on either side? Or a bolt with the nut and lock washer on one side? And also what about sealing the hole as in rubber or vinyl washers? Or maybe silicone?

usually when you carpet a box it wont slide around at all. especially when your box weighs 100+ pounds.

3/4" piece of mdf the size of the floor under the box and screw everything to that.
