Favorite amps ever are the MTX BTA 2100 & MTA 225

i happen to have the first generation digital reference series 50.2(3of them)ans (2)20.2 still in pretty decent shape, and working great ??????????lol

I also remember using Yamaha YPA amps, and Crunch amps in the early '90's

Gosh man, some people don't have any manners! didn't anybody ever tell you if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all? we're just trying to reminisce some good ol' times here, not comparing old and new products! and if that was the case, I can assure you that of the brands still remaining, old stuff were WAAAAY better than the stuff their making these days! (I've sold about 6 new Hifonics amps @ work in the las month, and 3 of them came back.... I,m still using my Boltar VII from 20 years ago and never had problems!)

contrary to most belief, those concord were pretty good amps, remind me of Majestic amps. Nothing extraordinary, but they did what they were supposed to do!

Sorry to hear that, hope u get better soon!..... I also have a 99 model , but I'm not ready to parts with it yet! also have a bts7050, bts 7150, as you can see in my pics, and still trying to get my hands on a model 132. I have a Boltar, and Jupiter, so definitely interested in those cyclops. I should be getting an Audio Art A6004 in the next couple of days, so maybe then we could do some trading...
