Has anyone heard of IXOS Digital Monitor Capacitors? I picked up one at discount store for 25 dollars. It has a digital display. I am not sure if it works? Is there a way to test it?

You might want to make sure it is charged first, most new caps come with a charger, most used ones don't, I dont know what size resistor you need but someone can help you with that. When you do get it charged just hook it up and if the voltometer works, I would imagine the cap works. Most caps have a few years of use, soo if it is really old, you probably got a fancy doorstop.
