    $300 amp needed for kappaperfect 6.1

    I need help on getting an amp for my kappa perfect 6.1's and have around 300 to spend. the 6.s are 100 rms but i need and amp that will do the job and put out clean power. this has become quite the difficult task for me. help please!

    PPI DCX300.2

    Then there always Tru, US Amps, Zapco, but a good portion of their models are above 300 bucks.

    wow thanx guys but running a 2 channel amp and wiring it 2 run at 2 ohms. wouldnt it not sound as clean tho. is there a benifit to running either the 4 channel or the 2 channel?

    well i'm lookint into an alpine mrv-f540. What do you guys thick of me running that amp for my highs.

    if you have 2 speakers that are 4 ohm get a 2 channel amp
    that pushes (how many watts rms u want ) at 4 ohms

    if u have 4 speakers get a 4 channel amp
    that pushes the rms wattage you want at 4 ohms

    or buy 2 2 ch amps

    the choice is yours

    as long as your amp dont push more than what your speaks will handle

    you said $300 right

    check ebay you can find brand new at half price

    and refurbs at 1/4 to half price

    buy a brand name amp something you can show off

    Most people just use a 2 channel amp to run components, unless they're not using the crossovers that came with them.
