Pretty sure they're 500/1000. Had a pair back in 02' and thought they were alright. Granted I was in h.s so I can assure you they weren't properly powered/setup right and in a prefab box.

i was referencing the HE2 series as 400/800 and I thought the HX2's were much stronger than those... either way.

Are they RFR2112's or RFR3112's? The RF 3112 (HX2) (dual 2 0hm_ are beast...1000rms and 2000 watts peak. The 2112's or 500rms/1000 peak. If they are the 3112 that's a steal..these got for $150 to $200 a piece on ebay.
I am from the Old School Audio era. I collect vintage car audio; I have roughly about 40 plus amps, 20 plus subs, dozens of sets of mids, highs and components, 14 eqs/processors, and numerous other old school equipment. I have several old school jewels amongst my collection. I have also collected some nice Japanese and German made audio while I lived in Japan and Germany. I do bring the new school as well with my six Memphis Mojo's, two AudioQue 3500.1D, RF Power 30001BD, Sundownsubs, etc...

i remember i started off with an HX2 in my first system. i sold mine for 60 bucks on CL and it needed a recone.

the hx2 is a very nice sounding sub. punch or power.
i love my power hx2 10, and have played around with a few punch as well. thats a nice price for both.

People constantly get Punch and Power series mixed up. To add, the OP did not know a lot about the subs. That's why I asked him/her what the model number was.
