Cache Audio CLOC+D Hi/low converter? Opinions or recomendations?

Caché - cloc+d Product Page - I need ideas, opinions, reviews and or other suggestions.

All I'm looking for is a sub-$100 line out converter with gain controls and hopefully, signal sense. This will be getting a full range signal from a stock Bose amp and only used to feed a Nine.1 powering a 12" SXX or SE-X - no worries about ground loop interference.

Any other recommendations for solid line outs that don't cost an arm and a leg? I would love one of the Audiocontrol jobbers, but they just run too expensive, sadly.

    2002 Mercedes-Benz C32 AMG - Stock Bose stereo ... but 13.2 in the 1/4 mile!

1700WRMS -> RE SX 12" in 2.0Cf ported to 35Hz (Big props to IonSQL for my BEE-YOO-TIH-FUL box!)

A LOC is the last thing you want to cheap out on. They only cause headaches down the road. Ive never used one, but they look very solid for what they are. Ive read that they are made by Diamond Audio and you cant go wrong there. Solid products on Diamonds end.

Oh yeah, no way in Hell I'm going with some $20 Best Buy POS, but you've heard of this brand? It's a part of Diamond? It's seeming better and better =)

Ive heard of it. I actually recommended it to someone else here the other day. Ive heard Cache products are made by Diamond, but I cant confirm either way.

Yeah, Googled it and that's the case. Alright, that seals my decision. Thanks!
