I got the amp working. But gains have to be set at around 80% to get good bass out of it. Even then I get distortion. So, I decided to take out sub and amp.
I think it was fried and I think i'm getting a different amp shipped back.

Well sound like something's up. You shouldn't have to have the gains that high at all. Don't really know what you need help on since you have already removed the equipment and sounds like your getting another amp.
