    Icon9 hyundai excel 1995 stereo removal help

    Heya guys! i really need some help with removing my stereo from my hyundai excel.. It seems i just cannot get the front off my dashboard so i cant get to my stereo. If anyone can help me out, please tell me!!! I have tryed everything but it just seems like that the levers that connect to the fan speed/ feet -face knobs are connected to the face, and i cannot remove them off it

    ummm.. look at the manuel and if that doesnt work, it might be a good investment to have a profesional do it and leave the risk to them

    I had a hard time a couple of days ago removing the stock deck out. This was the first time for me so I wanted to do it right. I surfed the web and it told me to use special "din" tools that slide on the sides of the deck...well my din tools were two flathead screwdrivers. If you don't plan on using it again and are just going to throw it away, just rip it out. As long as you don't damage the wiring by pulling too hard when it comes looose, you'll be fine. Forget about the dash and just jump into the unit.

    Front Amp--200W Rampage 524A

    Front--Pioneer 4" TS-G1047

    Back--JVC 6X9s

    Wiring--Pheonix Gold connections, Scosche Wire
