How long does it generally take kicker to replace subs under warranty?

My kicker 15" L7 arrived at kicker on Monday august 3rd. It was still under warranty and I called and got the RA number and everything. But here it is almost a week after they should of recieved the blown one and I have not heard from them. Just wondering if this is normal?

theyre really quick about it. i had to send in an l5 last year. once it got there i had it coming back to me within a couple days.

currently im waiting for them to contact me about what its gonna cost to fix my zx2500. i guess ill call em tomorrow.

They are usually very good with warranty, i would also suggest contacting Kicker to get the most accurate info.

i sent mine out on thursday and received it back the monday before i sent it out

Well I called them. They said the L7s are on backorder and it will be the end of the month before they get any in.

i ended up having to call them about my amp. only $25 to fix though although the girl couldnt tell me what was wrong. she just said "high voltage or input or something, i dont know" this was on monday, she said it takes 3 or 4 days to fix, and im just waiting for it to get to my door now.
