10" p3's lower and louder than 12" p1's?

im running 2 12" p1's with an 800w old school power acoustic bridged at 4 ohms.

my question is would those 2 12's be lower and louder than 2 10" p3's bridged at 4 ohms, same amp.

I doubt they will with the same power. Maybe with more power yes. Also, the box has A LOT to do with it. If the 12"s are in a small sealed box, and you put the 10"s in a big ported box tuned low, then they will sound lower and louder
