Am I getting a GOOD Deal ?

ARE THESE PRICES GOOD ? OR WHERE CAN I FIND CHEAPER PRICES ?
I have posted a few messeges on this forum, and now I'm ready to spend some US cash. I need to know if I'm getting a good deal.

1- Subwoofer: JL Audio TWO 10" W3 FOR $139 each
IS IT WORTH IT ?

2- AMP: Orion HCCA 225G4 FOR $359
IS IT OWRTH IT ?

3- Deck: Panasonic CQ-DF801U FOR $309
IS IT WORTH IT ?

----c----- WHATS the total $ I should pay "including box, installation, items" ?----?----

The amp price seems OK but there's no way I'd spend over $250 for a 50X2 unless you absolutely need that 1/2 ohm stable feature.

The sub price is a lot better than standard retail, but you can find them on eBay for under $100.

The Panasonic deck is selling for $299 new on eBay, if your price is from a reputable dealer it's fine.
