    where to get alternator work

    is one place i looked at, i also have heard about getting an amp rewound, where would i look to find info about that, i dont know where to go to get thet done, i would rather do that, just because its cheaper

    also is 4ga with a 2F cap enough for 1400 watts ? , and how many amps should i go for if i do get a new alt?

    try checking w/ your local auto parts store to see where to get your alt. rewound....they should have some suggestions.....good luck
