    Icon32 A little confused???

I have an alpine mrd m300. It runs 300watts rms at 2 ohms and 150 watts at 4 ohm. I have a 10" phoenix gold xmax I will be running off of it. The website says its specs are Revc (DC VC res):3.36 Ohms. I'm not sure what that means. Will it be running at 2 ohms or 4? If it runs at 4 can I run it at 2? I'm pretty new to this so excuse me if its a stupid question. Thanks for any help.

So regardless of what I do my xmax will only have 200watts running to it. If I add in another xmax and run it parrallel then they will both have 200 watts?
