What's up with double din in cars, but mainly only single din aftermarket?
Why is it that car makers put in double din recievers, but it seems that there is only single din aftermarket receivers (obviously I know there is some) Wouldn't aftermarket sellers want to make something that would be much better than what is in there now, but what would fit into the whole so it looks nice? I mean the aftermarket units have more buttons and such however half the space. I would think that it would be easier to make bigger buttons then to cram it all on a smaller space just so the thing fits into a larger hole. It sure as ... would make me more likely to get an aftermarket head unit if i could find one that was better, but fit in with the car
