Is TC Sounds Inc. done forever?

Please be sure to take things with a grain of salt, but maybe the rumours are true....

I've been trying to get in touch with TC Sounds Inc./AudioPulse for a little while. Many people have heard they are moving and others have insisted they are declaring bankruptcy.

So over to the AudioPulse forums I go where I find several interesting posts from a fellow named Kevin from One-Magnet. One-Magnet is a real company, by the way.

I know where Ron and Thilo are, they have escaped, for they owed much money to their suppliers of speaker parts. And they do not want do the payment any longer. They also owed USD10280 to our company. They have bad credit. I hope everybody here can help me. Please read the email Thilo sent to me on Jan 7, 2008 below.


Hello Kevin,

I am very sorry that I am unable to pay you at this point; TC Sounds has had to declare bankruptcy. Today is the last day that I am going to work here to close the shop. I will also lose this internet connection after today so you will not be able to email me any more after today.

I understand your situation and I know it must be very hard for you personally, and I am truly sorry for the hardship I caused you!

When a company goes bankrupt in the USA, the company is out of money and there is no government help. TC Sounds as well as Christa and I are losing our houses, our cars, and anything else of any value.

There will be a court-appointed person that will liquidate what is left here to try to pay creditors, including you.

I am sorry, Kevin, and I hope you and your company will recover from this loss.

Regarding the payment of USD10280, I think you will not transfer it now.

As far as I know, you owed much money to many Chinese companies in the past, for example, Ningbo Xiangyang, ACH and so on.

Thilo and Christa have the worst credit.

So I have to ask the Chinese government to help us. So if you still do not do the payment as soon as possible, in the following days, the China Export & Credit Insurance Corporation will collect the payment for us.

Do the payment of USD10280 AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! Or they will take action !!!!

Please consider the bad reaction if the China government takes action.

1)Thilo Stompler and Christa Stompler will be summonsed.

2)TC Sounds and Audiopulse will be kept in the blacklist by the China custom.

It will be not possible for you to buy anything from China.

In fact, Xiamen One Magnet Electronic Co,.Ltd is large company in China. We have the guild of magnets in China.

If you do not do the payment, all the magnet companies in China, inculded United magnetics Co in Shanghai, will not sell speaker parts to you.

In fact, we are also selling magnets to many trade companies in USA. If you do not do the payment, we will tell

Dear All,

Thank you for your concerning! I am one of suppliers of TC Sounds.Inc. They bought magnets from us. They owed me USD10280. But now, they informed me that they will not do the payment, for they have bad business. But I can not believe in them. For in the forums, many people are interested in their speakers.

They told me USD10280 is large for them, they have no money to pay. But actually, USD10280 is equal to RMB76072, but now, my boss has to ask me to pay it personally.

But it is very hard for me, for I just graduated from university last year, I have no money to pay it. And I have to give money to my old parents.

I should spend another two years to work for my boss and without paying.

I hate TC Sounds, Inc, Thilo Stompler, Ron Brown and Thilo mother, whose name is Christa Stompler.
They have very very bad credit. For as far as I know, they owed much money to their suppliers.

Everybody, please help me, and tell me what I can do now. I am in China, and far from San Diego, it is hard for me to collect money from they. If somebody here know them well, please do me a favor to ask them to do the payment.

If they do not do the payment, please do not buy anything from them, They are not good businessman.

Shady company, but the equipment is great. Its just too bad that they have lost all the good customers way back when they raised prices in order to repay others it seems. Good find.
