did any wires get disconnected when you hooked up the sub and amp? IE - when your were connecting auxilary and remote wires to your HU, did any speaker wire come loose? or disconnect? id check that first. or, easier, unhook your amp and subs, see if the speakers play. if so, let us know.

You don't say how you hooked up the sub amp to the headunit. Is the HU stock or aftermarket? Did you use RCA outputs on the HU or did you tie into the rear speakers?

Also, did you try disconnecting your sub amp, putting it back the way it was when it was working? If so, and still no sound, it's possible you shorted something when installing the sub and amp. If any of the outputs from the HU accidently touched the power wire, that will pretty instantly damage your HU. Did you have the battery disconnected while doing this?
