Go with the Alpine. My experience with Alpine over the last 12 years has been excellent. No problems. Although I have had 3 different HU's stolen from my vehicles. Proof of the Alpine popularity
I just purchased and installed a new Alpine CDM-7874. Nice unit for the price.
