    What are the best sites for prices and stuff

    hey, i was tryin to find some good sites that have the best prices. What you all you found be have the best prices and best stuff. Also any good sites for installations and tips.

    Remember that buying online has several downsides...

    Biggest being that many manufactures don't honor the warranty if the product is purchased online... just learned that about Alpine.

    some on-line stores warranty their products by matching what the manufacture would warranty the product if the original warranty is not honored. www.thezeb.com is an example of this.

    It's not "online" vs retail, it's whether the vendor is an authorized distributor or not.

    And beware of etronics.com, they have the crappiest reviews of any vendor out there.

    www.sounddomain.com will beat any online price by 5% as long as it's not close out or clearance.

    You really have to shop around for caraudio. Some sites are good for certain brands but not others.

    Anyway, someone should sticky a post and create a list.

    ive never built anything that stopped working over the internet.

    i bought computer parts off the internet when i was 15-16, and that computer is still going to this day.

    sonicelectronix and ebay are cheap, that ive bought from.
