Hey Steve thx for your reply, that type of line drivers is what I'm looking for, but none of the ones you linked have speaker level inputs... What do you think about this one?

One more question... If I have a line driver with on set of 8volt outputs, and I have 2 amps to hook up, I should put a Y splitter so I can feed both amps... Would each amp see only a 4 volt signal or a 8 volt signal? How can I feed both amps without having the voltaje drop? Would I need another line driver?

    THX again...

Hey guys what do you think about this... for my wife's car...

Factory H/U---------> Line driver(speaker level inputs, low level outputs)--------->Amps

This way I can keep the factory HU..... instead of using a $20 converter why not use a $60 line driver and get a way much better signal to the amps like if it had a better H/U

Do you guys see any problem here?

Nope, I don't see a problem. I have an Overdrive kicking around if you're looking for one cheap. It's NIB.

Is this not a reasonable place to park?
