    Play with each and see which one you like better. Personally, I am an Alpine man, while Alaxan is a Pioneer buff - both are very good units...no one should decide for you, you decide yourself. Put the specs behind you, and choose whichever you like the best.

    where does the frakin cd go on the Pioneer 8400? hahaha

    and..what about the alpione, it says there is no insternal amp, does this mean i need to buy an xtra amp for it?!

    Thanx for the help guys, know i have a lotta ?'s but i dont know nething bout this stuff

    correct, the 7995 has no internal amp, you will have to buy a 4 channel amp for it. you could always go with the 7894 i believe, that plays MP3's and HAS an internal amp, it looks a little different though. or go with the 7893 if the MP3's aren't really important, it has an internal amp and looks the same as the 7995. i have the 7893 and i love it, just thought i'd throw that out there

    in the 8400... the cd is behind the second faceplate thing, you push "open" and it will go down so you can pull out or put a cd in... i played with it and a whole bunch of others at Ultimate electronics and Bestbuy...
