they sell things because of the name Sony. People that don't know car audio think they are good so they buy them.

Now now be fair. The reason they do this is so u call them, bong distance. They have their hand in the phone companies pocket so they get a certain % of the profits and therefore make EVEN more $$$ off you.

Heh, they should concentrate on quality, instead of their looks.

Their home audio recievers are nice though.

I had a Sony CDX-C90, and I still wish I had never gotten rid of it , I would say that it would easily out perform any headunit on the market today, including the old Alpine 7909, for those of you not fimilar with the C-90 go on line and look it up, this deck is about 6yrs old I think and was still in production last year I believe. On e-bay this unit still brings in more than $500 bucks for the old one's

but now be honest with yourself, that just tells you that they are taking the time out to fix the product and make sure that problem doesn't happen again. My audio dealer was telling me that it would take 2 weeks for my coax to get back, but since i am an usual customer and they had the product in stock they changed it on the spot. But what i am getting at is that i would prefer to be patient and have the service done right, than to get it back fast and the problem occur again.Just my prference though. <----DIE HARD ECLIPSE FANATIC!!! LOL!
