notice the "one piece moulded surround and gasket" that ID pattented, the D2 sicker that ID uses (same as the one on this IDQ12 on my desk), and the cone\surround landing is exactally the same.

You are correct....the Arc line is built by ID and based off the IDQ. I have an Arc 12D4 which is essentially an IDQ with a longer throw and higher power handling....best sub I've owned to tell you the truth ;) The Flatline is an ID Max on roids.

Arc doesn't even design their own amplifiers, much less perform OEM functions. Alteast they didn't use to design their own amps...not sure if the new incarnations have more of an Arc Audio oriented design, or if they're still majorly Zeff/Ubuy/Nikola designed.
