Re: pop trunk and fifth wheel?

I understand but I think its pointless, I would spend my time and money on subs, and amps than truncks, neons and paint. just my opinion.

Re: pop trunk and fifth wheel?

Not sure if you know, but you can check out www.rollin84z.com

Its a local Houston forum for SLABs that just started, but hopefully it'll pick up steam. I personally think the custom neon on the 'pop-trunk' is a cool idea, but the execution *****. Most SLABs have just raw neon tubes that are mounted on sheets of wood. None of that is "playa" or "tight".

example of a 5th wheel and pop-trunk with neons.

Stuff like this is actually really nice. To me I like the creativity and execution of it all.

Now the rest of it is not very pretty

This is how alot of the SLABs have thier systems:

You can see more pics here: http://www.losmagnificos.org/main.htm

I'm working on plans to get a Chevy Caprice on the roads here in Houston. If you needed help with custom neons and pop-trunk, come by www.innovativerides.com

Actually its nicer to be known for cars than the typical stereo-type "Oh do you ride a horse to school?"

What state are you from? I'm sure there is a stereo-type for it too.

Definately. Just like anything that has to do with cars, its an art form. Unfortunately alot of the more recent pop-trunk and 5th wheel ideas don't look too great. Just give it time and you'll start seeing better things.
