Depends on the impedence of the subs. WHat are they ?

Yeah you can parallel wire them for a 2ohm mono load. And let em rip <img src="smile.gif" border="0">
I have installed sony xplod before. They aren't the best. But the aren't the worst either. It really doesn't matter what myself or anybody else thinks. Your the one paying and listening to it. So if it sounds good to you, and fits in your budget. Go for it.

The only xplod that I have had is a head unit and it is great. Unfortunatly I have a friend who blew a Xplod amp. Good luck

that set up is pretty good, but you should probably either by another amp to go along with the 1x1000, or get a more powerful solo amp. Your amp is built for powering 1 sub, so bridging it so it powers 2 subs would cut down on the OHMS, or sound quality.
