Multiple Subs vs Single Sub setup
Well I'm looking at a Mustang, and this is going to seem stupid but I'm going to post it anyways.
I'm considering a new option, knowing what I am going to get, hands down now.
I have been considering either a SX 15 ported or a Sonic FX Q series 12 ported, but I'm thinking of new things.
My question to you is
Considering my amp is an Orion 1200d, which do you think would get louder?
If I take out the spare tire I can do either setup, keep this in mind please.
6 DVC 4ohm 10" Kicker Comp VR's
vs
Single 15" AA hAvoc with 1200w to her tuned to 32 hz
The CVR's would get 200rms per sub and the hAvoc would get 1200, do you think the CVR's would get consideribly louder? Keep in mind they're about the same price, because I wont be picking them up before AA's presale is over. Also, would 6 subs cause cancellation if they were all facing upwards like that?
Maybe you see it as stupid, and if so you're welcome to say it just dont call me an idiot :-)
Ideas, opinions? The 15" hAvoc would be in approximately 3.5^ft, the 6 10's would be in 6^ft sealed box(will be fun to make)
