help me pick out my new setup

Hello.

For Christmas I plan to put a whole new subwoofer set up in my car. Currently i have a Sony Xplod cd player, a 100X4 American Legacy amp, 2 Earthquake 12s, and one MTX 12. I'd like to stay below 350 bucks (for an amp and speakers), and will probably use ebay to get most of it. What for that money would you recommend to get the loudest deepest tightest bass


I was thinking about getting 760 watt Sony Xplod amp (150 RMS watts per channel) and two Sony 12s (RMS wattage 300)

would that work?

if You want some nice fairly cheap boom then I would go with a pair of 12" Kicker CompVR's and a decent brand amp. The kickers will run ya about 160.00 for the pair. As for the amp, Go for something good not cheap crap. You can get a fairly decent pioneer, kenwood, clarion or orion amp on ebay somewhat cheap. you may still have some cash left when you are done

Sony are almost all looks except their 6x9's and HU's . The HU's aren't really too horrid and their 6x9's are pretty good. Or they have been to me.

they're 400 watts RMS

what amp should i get thats not gonna be above like $150 on ebay that will push these things to extreme volumes without distortion

well, JBL 600.1, more like 180, but the best out there for taht kind of cash

and how many RMS watts (about) are those amps?

did u even check out the links...they show all that on them...also im going to recomend the jbl 600.1 as well....good amp stable down to 1 ohm....and it'll put about a little more than its rated power...probably closer to 700-750 watts.....should push the kickers fairly well....would also make sure u get a decent box made for them as well...good luck
