    Question About Rca.s

Im wondering if its possible, to cut the ends off of my rcas and solder the wires directly to the speaker outs on the Hu......
Im saying Right Rca + Right positive rear, Left Rca +Left positive Rear,
Run the rcas back to the amp plug in as normal, run wires from amp 2 6x9s as normal....... Will it work......

BTW the reason for doing this is my Headunits Volume knob broke and its on a volume which is to high for comfortable listening all the time. So i must go back to My factory unit.

if your amp doesn't have high-level inputs, you'll have to go down to wal-mart and get that scosche thing that turns high-levels into rca's. The way you said would probably work, but half-*** ghetto-rigging has never been my style.

    kkkk

I have one of those line converter things,But im pretty much sure theres something wrong with it, the levels got ****ed up and now the one side wont play right.. But my amp has high level inputs but it looks like i will need 2 buy a plug for that 2, And i would rather not "ghetto rig" either but im also broke, and just need 2 get things going right......
So i Say if its gonna work and its just a small time fix, until i can afford a new H/U than what the hell.

    sorry dude

You have to buy a converter. Period. The signal is too hot to just plug it into the rca inputs.
