new subs small box and battery gauge.new here help!!

well im new to this forums not to car audio though. I dont know much but i spent the money and got a pretty nice set up. I will post a pic if it works. I have mb quart compoents q series,jl audio 500 watt amp,300 watt amp,alpine hu,2 idq subs 10". My question is im not happy with the subs anymore.they dont hit hard enough for me. I have a reg cab 2000 s10 and ther is not much room. The boxes made are only like .43 and my squeeze .50 with polyfill. is ther any 10" subs that are louder then these that can fit in this box? Also i have a cap and stil by battery gauge go crazy sometimes. I have a 1 fared. What else can i do to stop that i dont want my alternator or something else to go?

possibly a JLW3 or something kicker would probably fit. It would be real nice if you could work an orion hcca 10" into there.

by the way, your truck looks nice...i like it.
