Can a mod fix this?
I cannot close threads, no one seems to be able to help me. Would really appreciate someone looking in this for me. Please and thank you.

I was informed by a mod that I SHOULD be able to close threads using the "thread tools" drop down menu for classified adds. But I do not have the button to close the thread drop down.
