Yes, if you're a dealer or manufacturer, you will need to be a contributing/sponsor member, to show ads in sigs, etc.

Different levels of pricing etc, is kinda something I wanted to avoid. That will make it really hard to enforce everything. I'd rather keep it as minimal as possible and straight forward.
