This too. There was just a trojan that was caught in a top repository. It was able to run under any rights the user had including admin rights without being detected. It was in the repository for over a year and they just caught it in the repository. They have no idea how many Linux machines are infected.

I like how every few months we have to educate a MAC user on the fact that Apple only gets less viruses because so few people use them that hackers usually dont bother. Safety through obscurity, that's the Steve Jobs way.
