Should've ordered the shirts from me, they'd be printed in a PVC-based ink.

Plastisol is not water-soluable, and cheap pigments in water-based suspensions tend to have cheap binders.Whoever did the screen print didnt dry the paste long enough. SO when you washed it, it came out. *****, but nothing you can do about it.
