I am a beta tester for Microsfta Windows Vista, and on windows vista IE 7 is used (you can download it and use it with out vista)
BUT none of the smileys work... well they work just not animated or anything.

I was using IE7, and the animated smilies worked fine. It wasnt running in vista though. It was XP Pro with IE7 Beta.

thats not a forum bug thats a problem with your installation, probably vista itself having compatibility problems with ie 7
