private message reciepts

i lost this feature a while a go.. anyone know where to turn this setting back on? i must be blind...

i should be more clear... "READ message receipt"... i'd like to know if someone read it or not

At the bottom of the PM window there is a check box to add the read receipt. To view, go to your drop down box to view it.
