I sold him a Pioneer 6300UB head unit 3 weeks ago. He lives in the Bahamas. He had me ship the HU to his Uncle's place in Florida.
He says he still hasn't received the HU yet.

I Feel like he is lying. But I don't know. Of course USPS told me it "comes with tracking" but I can't figure out there new receipts. They used to say "Tracking Number" on the receipts...Now they don't?

Well. Anyways. I tried refunding him whether he is scamming me or not. And I got a paypal message saying.

In this deal since he has no feed back I asked him to ship first which naturally starts a sense of uneasiness, but nevertheless he agreed and I have given him my word that I will up hold my end of the deal. I have explained that as soon as I recieve the amp I will test it's function and if all is good I will ship mine the following day or same day if possible. Should anything arise I will contact him immediately in attempt to resolve the issue.
