Quick Questions on Box Construction (polyfil & glue)

I'm sure this has already been answered a hundred times but, when using polyfil in an undersized sealed box do you pack it loosely throughout the entire box or do you staple-gun it to the walls, staying clear of the sub?

Also, what type of glue for the box, liquid nails, gorilla glue, wood glue...?

1 lb of polyfill per cubic foot, you dont want it riiight next to the sub

wood glue is the best

you could use adhesive spray or staple it in there
