Today i built my box (MDF) for my two Soundsplinter RL-p's.(letting it cure for a day)
When i go back tomorrow to bolt the subs in should i use tee nuts or not...the subs r pretty heavy (35 pounds)

Don't bump something 22 minutes after you create it, just... don't do it...
As for the T-nuts, I wouldn't do them unless you plan on having the subs in and out of the box quite frequently, or unless you just want to... 35lbs isn't too much for 8 screws to handle.
ok thanks ...sry about the bumping i needed to kno before i went to bed so i could return the tee nuts

Noah has his 18" XXX secured in with screws, if they can handle that thing with a MTX 1501d on it, they can handle an RL-P. If you already have em use em...
nothing like KNOWING your sub is more than secure... bolt the box down and use security bolts to hold the subs in, that's make it way harder to get out unless you had the right driver, and most theives won't have security drivers...![]()
For my edification, what does it mean when someone "bumps"?
when they post another post saying anything that brings it to the top of the forum area.
I have just bumped this thread.
