i would like a box design or 2 premier 12" ts-w3004spl subs, they are going into a 91 cavalier. Here is the trick, im making the box to where the subs face inside the cabin with a single slot port, and in this rectangle where the back seat used to be is where the box is going, now in this rectangle whatever the box doesnt fill i will be making a "frame" to go around it to completly seal of my trunk

now i would like to if i can get a free blueprint, but im willing to pay like 5 bucks or so. pm me if your interested, Thanks a million

what the hell is the test in that? all it requires is a regular ported box with an oversized baffle to fit the opening. if you want to pay for a design, theres many competent people here that can do it (ie me, swimfreak, moe lester, the list goes on...)

That $7 could buy you an 8" Italian cold-cut at Jerry's, so if I were you I'd do a lot of research on what I invested that money into.

You should try to haggle down to around $5 and buy yourself a double cheeseburger and chocolate sundae at McDonalds with the change.

The going rate for most builders on here is about $10 for a ported box...it takes a lot of time to actually plan one out and get everything perfect. If you want a quality design, don't haggle down too much, it's worth the extra couple bucks.

i think it's just common courtesy to pay a couple bucks for a person's time. if you had questions, they would be more than glad to help, but you're not asking for tips or ideas on designing for yourself, you're asking someone to do it for you, you're basically hiring someone out to design it for you so you could build it, personally, i think a couple bucks is fair, and like it was said before, they spend lots of time perfecting it and making sure it will work. just my 2 cents

That's exactly how I see it. If you have questions feel free to ask them, many will help and you'll eventually learn enough of the basics to build your own box. If you don't want to take the time to learn though, there are people including myself, that will take our knowledge and have a design for you rather quickly so you can get your stereo in and enjoy it. Compensation is for our time designing, nothing more...we're not trying to be greedy.

I've spent months worrying about how i'm going to design my ported box... If it were someone else's plans that i was thinking about i would want to charge $25. It's **** hard to design a 6 cuft box with 100+ sqin port area tuned to 28hz to fit into a car.
