Is my car a good candidate for kickpanels?

As you might know, I have a 1988 Ford Taurus "Pimp" Wagon. I'm in the process of making it more pimp than ever. This summer I want to get some nice components, but i'm debating whether it would be better to mount them in the doors or in kicks.

My two major concerns are that the seats are kind of high up and it would take some clever positioning to aim them properly, and that on the driver's side... the e-brake is where the kick-panel would be located.

So, please look at these pics and tell me if it would be possible at all to make kicks or whether i should just mount them in the doors. sorry for the bad lighting

you could build the baffles or a baffle, then place it there and see if you would clear, I bet you could move it around and arrange it that you could get it to fit, Dunno if you could still get good imaging tho . But im gonna be tryin to do the same thing in a plymouth neon with a manual transmission.

That is another option for great sq instead of the kicks. Crystal, MB quart has super quality horns.
